Contest is offered only in Canada and to legal Canadian residents who are age of majority in their province of residence except employees and those with whom they are domiciled of the sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and agents. By clicking on the Reminder Service link, you have indicated interest in participating in the Filtrete™ Filters Reminder Service Promotion. Please read the following rules.

Contest begins January 1, 2008 and ends 11:59 pm (EST) March 31, 2008. To enter, persons must access www.filtrete.ca click on the Reminder Service link and fill out the entry form (full name, mailing address, e-mail address, daytime phone, age, gender, and all other Filtrete™ Filter information). Once the form has been filled out, click on the Submit button to enter. Limit of one online entry per person/dwelling/e-mail address per Reminder Service submission. Multiple on-line entries received on any day will be ineligible for the grand prize draw.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries selected by a draw, which will take place on April 7, 2008 from all eligible entries received on or before March 31, 2008.

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING

Grand Prize:
One (1) year's supply of Ultra Allergen Filtrete™ Filters (a value of $100). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Taxes (if any) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be assigned, and must be accepted as awarded.

The entrant selected for a chance to become the Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail or telephone and in compliance with Canadian Law, must correctly answer an unaided time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner. The name of the Contest Winner can be obtained by visiting our Web site at www.filtrete.ca and clicking on the Reminder Service link.

No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph, and/or video, and comments for advertising and promotional purposes by the Contest Sponsor without additional compensation. The winner hereby agrees to release the Contest Sponsor, its affiliated companies, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the independent contest organization from any liability with respect to the Contest or his/her prize.

The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations. Quebec residents please note: All duties have been paid to the Régie de lotteries et courses du Quebec. Any litigation respecting the contest and the awarding of the prize in this publicity Contest may be submitted to the Régie de lotteries et courses du Quebec.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the online portion of this contest should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the contest.

Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of publicity, where legally permissible, and liability release and return it within 14 days of receipt or attempted delivery, otherwise the Grand Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

3M Canada and its agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, ISP/network/Web site accessibility or availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
